1 General Rules

You must provide your real name, active mobile number, and correct date of birth at registration. Providing false information or registering an account using another person's identity is a violation that may result in legal action.

3.3 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following payment methods are accepted for transactions on gk555: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka), and the same limit applies for each method.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

gk555 is committed to preventing money laundering. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation and the relevant authorities may be notified.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gk555 offers various bonus offers for new and existing users. The following conditions apply to receiving bonus benefits:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳8,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times the total bonus amount before withdrawal. Example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus requires a total of ৳15,000 (fifteen thousand taka) in wagers before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used together during a single promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• gk555 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if evidence of abuse of the bonus system is found.
• VIP members enjoy weekly cashback according to their tier: up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, and 1.2% at Gold.

6 Gaming Policy

All games on gk555 are governed by the rules and software of the respective providers. Results displayed on the platform are considered final.

• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, that bet will be considered void and the full amount will be refunded to the user's account.
• Taking unfair advantage of any software or game error or bug is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game, the game state saved on the server will be considered final.
• For sports betting, odds, rules, and settlement conditions for various markets will be determined according to the guidelines provided in the relevant section.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gk555 platform:

• Fraudulent activity, hacking, or attempting to access the system through unauthorized means.
• Using bots, automated software, or any artificial means to play games or place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts or coordinating accounts of family and friends to take advantage of the bonus system.

8 Account Closure

8.1 Closure at User's Request
